Watching Sevices

We monitor, at the instructions of our client, the Official Gazette published weekly by the China Trademark Office to check whether there is any conflicting mark with client’s existing trademark, inform our clients, so that they may have a chance to  consider whether an opposition against the mark should be filed, and will file the opposition in case clients decide to proceed.
